Chelsea Clubhouse & Palermo Clubhouse
Our mission is to provide quality, year-round, school age childcare for students attending Chelsea, Whitefield, and Palermo students age 5 to 12. Both of our Clubhouses are licensed childcare centers and follow all the Maine State Licensing and BGCA's Rules & Regulations.

Chelsea Clubhouse: 

Our Chelsea Clubhouse is located at the Chelsea Elementary School. We offer a year round child care program to students of Chelsea and Whitefield Elementary ages 5 to 12. Whitefield students are transported by RSU 12 to the Chelsea Clubhouse after school. Chelsea families can pick between Before & After Care or After Care. Whitefield families unfortunately can only participate in After Care since there is no transportation to school. Afternoon snacks are provided daily by RSU 12 and breakfast and lunch are provided when needed. 

Cost:

School Year Before & After Care $135.00 per week 

School Year After Care $90.00 per week

Full Time Care (First full week once school has been released for summer) $180.00 per week 

The Chelsea Clubhouse also hosts one of the three 21st Century Community Learning Center Sites for students in 2nd-8th grade. For more information about the CCLC program click here. This program is not part of licensed child care. Students do not need to be a member of child care to participate in CCLC. 

Palermo Clubhouse:

The Palermo Clubhouse is located at Palermo Consolidated School. The Club offers year round child care for students ages 5 to 12. Members can attend before & after or just after school. Full-time Child Care is offered during Feb./Apr. vacations as well as during summer vacation. Snack is provided after school and lunch is provided on days that members are there full time.

Before & After Care $135.00 per week

Hours of Operations for Both Clubhouses

Before Care 6:30am to 8:00am (extended hours are provided on school delays)

After Care 2:30pm to 5:30pm (1:30pm on Wednesdays)

Full-Time Care 6:30am to 5:30pm (Vacations, Workshops and Snow Days)

Spaces are limited at Both Clubhouses. Please check Program Director for availability. Registration forms are available here. All original forms MUST be submitted to the program director before starting any program. Childcare licensing also requires the Club to have immunization records on all kids file before a child care start.
