Chelsea Clubhouse & Palermo Clubhouse
Our mission is to provide quality, year-round, school age childcare for students attending Chelsea, Whitefield, and Palermo students age 5 to 8th grade. Both of our Clubhouses are  licensed childcare centers and follow all the Maine State Licensing Rules & Regulations. 

Chelsea Clubhouse: 

Students age 5 to 8th Grade who attend Chelsea Elementary & Whitefield Elementary Schools can attend our licensed childcare at our Chelsea Clubhouse located at the Chelsea Elementary School.  We offer both before care, after care, and full-time care during summer, vacations, and workshop days. RSU 12 provides busing for Whitefield students after school. Buses transport students from school to our Chelsea Clubhouse. Parents must provide transportation home from our childcare program. On days that there is no school such as workshop days or vacation days parents/guardians must provide transportation to and from care. All childcare members at the Chelsea Clubhouse are enrolled year round and will be charged accordingly.  Payment is expected 52 weeks a year unless parent/guardian provides the Program Director or the Chief Financial Officer a two week notice. 

 The Chelsea Clubhouse also hosts one of the three 21st Century Community Learning Center Sites for students in grades 3rd-8th. For more information about the CCLC program click here. 

Palermo Clubhouse:

Students age 5 to 8th Grade who attend Palermo Consolidated School can attend the licensed childcare program before school, after school and full-time during vacations, summer, and workshop days. All members enrolled at our Palermo Clubhouse are enrolled in year round childcare. Payment is expected 52 weeks a year unless parent/guardian provides the Program Director or the Chief Financial Officer a two week notice.

  
Hours of Operations for Both Clubhouses

Before School Care: 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
After School Care:  when school is released - 5:30 p.m.

No School Days: 6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Palermo & Chelsea Clubhouses are CLOSED on all Holidays and Snow Days. Please check Handbook for Dates and other Closures

Spaces are limited at Both Clubhouses. Please check Program Director for availability. Registration forms are available here. All original forms MUST be submitted to the program director before starting any program. Childcare licensing also requires the Club to have immunization records on all kids file before a child care start.
